Our Communications agency client is looking for a talented designer to join their growing Creative Practice This is an exciting new position within the creative team and is perfect for someone wanting to develop their creative skills/experience and who enjoys ‘the variety’ of working in so many different sectors on a multitude of traditional print to digital or online projects.
You will be as happy working across website design (using CMS platforms like Wordpress), as turning your had to some motion graphics as well picking up more traditional print projects where necessary.
They are very keen to hear from people who have expeience working on healthcare comms as well as other b2b & corporate comms areas including energy and tech.
The person they are looking for will have the following attributes:
Either a degree or diploma in graphic design or in another relevant area of design/creativity
To excel in their knowledge of Adobe ® InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS ® Office (including
PowerPoint, Word and Excel); proficiency in Adobe ® After Effects, Premier Pro, Cinema 4D and Sketch (desirable)
Sound verbal and written communication skills, and be able to present your ideas and information well
Ability to work as part of a cohesive team unit and have a team approach
A natural creative flair and strong visual sense, with the ability to implement and if called upon,
create original design concepts
Previous experience as a designer within a busy corporate communication or a public
relations/marketing agency environment. Ideally with knowledge/previous experience in Healthcare
Flexible and practical approach, to adapt to a changing brief and broader client/sector landscape
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Positive outlook and strong individual motivation to strive for and achieve excellent design standards
The Creative Practice works in collaboration with business areas – Energy, Technology, Healthcare, Insights and Future Mobility, as well as a variety of healthcare projects as part of a wider global network with offices across Europe and North America.
The scope of projects can include:
Branding and identity creation
Visual strategy development
Infographics (for web/print)
Video creation and delivery
2D & 3D animation
Annual reports, brochures, multi-page brochures
Website UI/UX design and delivery
Application UI/UX design and delivery
Mailers (Mailchimp/ Constant Contact)
Interactive documents for tablet
Highly visual MS PowerPoint deck
You will be an experienced designer looking in a team who will help you to grow and develop across a range of projects and brands.
They expect to be working a hybrid working model moving forward with days in their river facing offices and work from home.
