Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketer to join us on secondment to cover upcoming on a 12 Month Contract.
The individual will champion the Business brand and activate our marketing strategy for Small and Medium Businesses in EMEA. You’ll be tasked with a range of responsibilities, all with the goals of educating and inspiring SMBs to grow their business with Facebook. This position requires broad marketing experience with strong organisation and communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with EMEA and global marketing teams. This position is based in our London office.

Key Responsibilities:
Build brand sentiment towards solutions for small and medium businesses through the implementation of market specific programmes
Work closely and create strong partnerships with cross functional partners to execute on our business priorities to identify, develop and deliver scalable marketing programmes.
Adapt global marketing programs and campaigns for EMEA business audiences and goals
Manage the development of high quality materials including web surfaces, creative assets, bespoke video solutions with tight deadlines and across multiple teams and projects
Work across multiple European countries, with a strong operational focus, a hands-on attitude in a fast paced environment and the ability to ruthlessly prioritise
Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions
Ability to assess and measure the impact of programmes and demonstrate ROI.
Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects and supplier relationships are delivered and managed efficiently
Display strong leadership and communication skills that influence, invite participation and effect desired outcomes across multiple levels

Qualifications
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative roles, strategic consulting and/or advertising working with global brands or agencies
Expert in marketing strategy, web surfaces and content development
Superb cross-functional, project management and leadership skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation
Outstanding communication skills and proven ability to produce strong written content, with incredible attention to detail
Ability to translate complex concepts and insights into simple and intuitive marketing programs and experiences - track record of bringing stories to life from concept through production
Strong creative perspective to bring fresh ideas to our marketing activations and passion for developing original content for a variety of mediums
Experience managing external creative and production partners
Comfortable in a fast moving, dynamic and ever-changing environment that requires self-motivation, continual learning, flexibility, and tenacity
Second language, relevant within the EMEA region is beneficial but not essential
