The role: We are looking for a CRM (Creative & Innovation) Executive to be based in our London office on a 12 month FTC.

Why we need you?
Reporting directly to the Creative & Innovation Manager, you will design and execute personalised marketing across digital channels to engage and retain customers, ensuring they stay with us longer, play with us more and recommend us. You will also stretch the capabilities of our targeting and creative technology, to ensure customers have a best in class experience with us, no matter where in the world they are. Ensuring that the needs of each region are met within the guardrails of a scalable approach to communication is essential: repurposing and adapting rather than reinventing and duplicating. You will be working closely with Planning, CRM Managers, Data Deployment, Digital & Brand, becoming the technical champion for CRM and to design and deliver strategic assets.
Other responsibilities include:
Acting as a creative guardian for direct communications, working closely with Creative Studio to deliver exciting content.
Managing the creative build and execution of all communications so that they tell a compelling story.
Writing expert content that is data and insight driven and inspire the right kind of action.
Ensuring that the CRM managers have a bank of assets, templates and content to easily create outbound campaigns.
Understanding the role that different channels must play, adapting formats across digital channels.
Consistently challenging the approach to automation and, where relevant, aiming to reduce manual work and error.
Ensuring all messaging is compliant with relevant regulations and legislation.
Who we’re looking for:
You will have proven experience of at least three years in a creative execution role and in using CMS and creative build tools, as well as experience working with ESPs. Ideally, you will have previously used Moveable Ink technology or similar and have some level of knowledge and experience in using Google Analytics and/Tableau/Looker.
As the ideal candidate you will have:
Knowledge of CRM systems & processes.
Strong attention to detail with the confidence to quality check your own work and the work of others to a high standard, ensuring work stays within brand guidelines.
Knowledge of ESP technical setups, JSON’s, CSS & SQL DB.
The ability to use Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVision and HTML editing software (e.g. Dreamweaver, Atom etc).
Confidence in HTML email-rendering, bugs and potential workarounds.
Familiarity with GDPR & can navigate other regulatory requirements.
