Job Description:

The entertainment arm of our massive Tech client is seeking a Triage Specialist to optimize how entertainment and media organizations leverage their Social platforms. This role works directly with Partner Managers, Media Operations, Product and Analytics (and with Media partners directly) to ensure a seamless support experience for partners.

The Entertainment Media Partnerships team works closely with the leading content creators in the world, including Broadcasters, public figures and music artists.

Responsibilities:
Support Entertainment partners and liaise with Partner Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure that partners have the best possible experience on the platform
Proactively advocate for partners and push complex support issues toward resolution
Work cross-functionally to drive and deliver scalable operational solutions for partner issues
Develop an understanding of Partnerships’ goals and help determine ways to improve partner support in meeting those goals
Align with operations and product teams to act as an expert on specific media products & processes

Minimum:
BA/BS Degree (or equivalent experience)
Great at communicating in English and German or French (at least one required)
3+ years of experience in operations, support, account, partner, or project management
Experience solving problems in a collaborative environment
Experience prioritizing projects and responsibilities on behalf of multiple stakeholders
Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative
Experience working cross-functionally, both internally and externally
Knowledge & interest of media & entertainment industry

Preferred:
Experience working with operations in a technology organization or start up
