We are recruiting for a global technology Client.
Role: Advertising Policy Program Manager
Duration: 12 months
Annual bonus plus 33 days holidays
max pay £55k pa pro rata
Language: English and German
Specific x-team focus on central planning, recording and analysis.
Manage, update and improve the EMEA Industry Relations central planning database
Support team on planning annual Industry Relations tracker, including post-research and analysis.
Build a central team road-map of upcoming launches and policy changes
Work with the Head of EMEA Industry Relations to develop systems to record feedback and track progress.
Support with general planning for policy and product announcements (pre-briefs lists, buddy emails, comms docs etc.) excluding privacy related work.
Support Head of EMEA Industry Relations and Northern Europe Industry Relations in-country managers with key projects and event planning and execution (event planning, briefings, scripts and presentations).
Specific country support focus on the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Belgium.
Specific support for MD of EMEA Industry Relations on planning for Europe Board meetings
Support Head of EMEA Industry Relations on annual planning process
Fluent English and German speaker.
BA or BS preferred with strong academic record
Familiarity with advertising, tech and trade associations
Understanding of the European advertising public policy landscape
Effective presenter and communicator
Strong project management experience
Third language (French, Spanish or Italian)
Comfortable using gSuite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
