The Devices & Services Business Organization manages relationships with retailers and carriers globally. We are responsible for defining the consumer go-to-market strategy to maximize the adoption of client's devices and services solutions.As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will work with the team to forecast performance, analyze sales and market trends, as well as compile performance insights to present to the cross-functional team. You will be familiar with analysing market share and size, navigating data sources to understand growth rates and implications for our business by tier. You will also be responsible for managing the weekly and quarterly outlooks for our products.
Build weekly, quarterly and annual demand forecasts, incorporating promotional plans and seasonality assumptions and maintaining forecast assumptions in the demand planning tool. Analyze performance vs the forecast, understand the root causes for over or under performance and write clear and concise performance commentary.Understanding, interpreting and visualising sales performance for presenting out to internal management and global counterparts. Assess, analyse and present performance and changing market trends for presenting to internal management and global counterparts.
Tools: SQL, Anaplan, Project Management, Business Analysis, Forecasting and planning
This role will be worked remotely with onsite working in Central London once covid-19 restrictions have lifted.
This role is paid on a PAYE basis and you'll be entitled to 33 days paid holiday, inclusive of bank holidays, per year, pro-rata.
