Our small business marketing team in EMEA is looking for a Regional Programme Lead to develop and execute programmes to empower small businesses and equip more people with the tools and digital skills they need to compete in the new economy.
The successful candidate will play a leading role in the development of strategy and partnerships that reach and educate small and medium businesses within markets in Middle East, Africa and Turkey. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying the optimal opportunities as well as executing and growing Facebook's existing scalable programmes aligned with our overarching small business and economic growth narratives. to create awareness and affinity for the Facebook brand within EMEA markets.
Utilising strategic and effective marketing skills driving strategy, execution and results of large scalable programs to educate and engage with small and medium businesses in the Region
Understands how to land Global programs into specific markets, adapting global framework to local needs
Identifying opportunities to evolve the existing programs and create ad hoc solutions to specific audiences (for example dedicated programmes to women, underrepresented communities, etc)
Overseeing program components from content to event execution both virtual and live, from partners engagement to business experience
Lead outsourced team to execute programmes in markets.
Synthesize learnings into actionable insights to shape plans, improve future programs and report best practices with cross-functional teams
Collaborate with broad cross-functional partners including brand and design, marketing, events team, policy, comms, product and external partners and agencies
· Fluency in English. Another European Language an advantage.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong negotiation and project management skills
· Self-motivated and solutions oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
· Confident presenter, with strong public speaking skills
