Job Responsibilities:
As a project manager for the News Partnerships team in Europe, you will work with program managers and other cross functional teams to oversee, plan, coordinate, and deliver programs for news publishers.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for updating internal stakeholders on progress and impact of these programs on a recurring basis.
The ideal candidate should be well equipped with critical skills to perform the following day to day activities within this team. The team is fast-paced, and the environment is always evolving - hence, the candidate should have the skills to function and thrive in such an environment.

A few recurring tasks:
Develop and maintain project plans, RACI matrix, and other cross-functional deliverables
Lead project meetings with external partner agencies, and gather updates on deliverables from multiple cross-functional teams
Design, author and maintain weekly newsletters to internal stakeholders
Write and review copy for external and internal websites and blogs

Required Qualifications
Project Management Skills (organizational, comms, presentations)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects while working independently to drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, project and stakeholder management skills, and ability to keep multiple priorities moving at the same time.
Ability to influence without authority
Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership with ability to create visual displays of quantitative information
Demonstrated record of being proactive, making constructive suggestions, and coming up with innovative ways to scale initiatives.
Ambiguity Skills: Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and able to think big, and drive innovation, while paying careful attention to details

Preferred Qualifications
Prior tech consulting experience is a plus
Deep knowledge of News & Media businesses and ecosystems
Experience in regulatory affairs is a plus
Marketing Skills: Prior marketing/PR agency skills is a plus - examples: copywriting experience
