These roles will be worked remotely until further notice, with onsite working either in Central London or Maidenhead (based on your preference).

These roles will be paid on a PAYE basis and you'll be entitled to 33 days paid holiday, inclusive of bank holidays, per year, pro-rata.

Job Description: 

Role 1 (2-month contract)

As an AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Forms Business Consultant, you will work with our cross-functional solution teams to deliver incremental high quality AEM solutions. Ideally, you will bring proven experience in delivering AEM Form solutions helping to lead large and complex multi-technology agile digital transformation projects. You will lead and guide customers in the development of roadmaps and vision for their AEM and Digital Marketing investment. You will possess the skills to interact, negotiate, and work with a broad range of personalities and functions, including the client, business owners, engineers, project operations, quality assurance, project managers and product management.

Key Responsabilities: 

  • Identify key project stakeholders
  • Define project mission & success criteria, customer goals and priority KPIs.
  • Identify key pain points with the current system.
  • Identify where lies the flexibility - cost, quality and timeline.
  • Understand customer’s ROI expectations.
  • On-board customer to the delivery process.
  • Understand and baseline non-functional business requirements like Caching, Authoring, Performance, Security, SEO, Analytics, Regulatory compliances.
  • Go through Visual Designs, Wireframes, mockups to understand new User Experiences and advice the customer on best practices.
  • Advice the customer on out of the box functionality and capabilities.
  • Documented and baseline non-Functional requirements.
  • Define the Information Architecture.
  • Define the business requirements for any data flows.
  • Design a forms framework solution by defining MVP that can be easily scaled and enhanced in future releases Design integrations and themes to integrate the forms solution.
  • Have hands-on experience with the solution to perform deskside coaching and perform certain activities yourself if needed.

  • Demonstrated experience working with business users and senior stakeholders, software engineers, application architects and digital marketing agencies
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills presenting outcome, sharing information, and leading meetings
  • Responsible for requirements gathering, overall strategy, value realization activities, assistance with reporting and analysis, and enablement of business users.
  • Good knowledge on object-oriented design principles/concept
  • Experience in usage of AEM Forms Document Services
  • AEM Forms - Adaptive Forms/Fragments
  • AEM Forms OSGi workflows
  • OSGi Services/Components
  • Experience in usage of AEM Forms Document Services
  • Experience in  LiveCycle Modules like - LiveCycle Forms, Process Management, Rights Management, document security, digital signatures
  • Development of web services - SOAP/REST
  • HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3 and frameworks/technologies like jQuery and AJAX.
  • Experience in working with RDBMS

 

Role 2 (3-month contract)

  • Experience with AEM assets is essential for this role
  • Requirement gathering (Discover checklist) - identify key business/technical KPIs, document current workflows, document current systems
  • Workshop sessions - governance plan, AEM feature review, asset lifecycle ideation, creative workflow ideation
  • Define asset information architecture including taxonomy, metadata, asset lifecycle, and definitions
  • Determine infrastructure sizing and deployment architecture
  • Determine asset upload processing
  • Define key success KPIs
  • DAM Foundation Planning (Assets Solution Design) - folder structure, metadata, search experience, renditions, business flow
  • Configure taxonomy and folder structure for single business use case
  • Configure metadata and processing profile leveraging OOTB configuration
  • Configure OOTB DAM asset upload workflows
  • Configure search facets (no custom configuration and leverage configured taxonomy)
  • Setup digital asset management (DAM) system for launch (single author instance with no publish)
  • Solution walkthrough & Knowledge Transfer
  • Support UAT and address high priority issues identified

 

Role 3 (5-month contract)

  • 5+ Years of experience on large digital transformation projects
  • Have a deep understanding of the AEM Content Management platforms from a business perspective and functionally, and with standard methodologies around implementations. AEM Certified Business Practitioner is a bonus.
  • Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Lead Business Consultant, and as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
  • Understanding or experience in using productised APIs, SaaS, SOA, Cloud Services, and Content Management Systems
  • Extensive Agile experience and with product backlog management
  • Experience with Content Management implementation in large digital transformation projects
  • Experience reviewing and elaborating business and technical requirements
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Outcome mentality and strong ability to identify value realisation
  • Demonstrated experience working with business users and senior stakeholders, software engineers, application architects and digital marketing agencies
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills presenting outcome, sharing information, and leading meetings
  • Ability to travel minimum of 50%
