The role: EMEA Talent Development Coordinator


The Talent Development team serves to build a pipeline of future computer science professionals through our unique educational programs and opportunities. In addition, we support the mission to increase the diversity pipeline of future technologists by managing key diversity development initiatives. As part of our world-class Programs team, you will work cross-functionally to support the growth of our global student community outreach initiatives and design innovative new education programs to support student development.




Assist Program Manager(s) in the development of various talent development programs.


Participate in the development and execution of communication and engagement strategies to ensure long term candidate cultivation.


Coordinate program logistics, e.g. speaker confirmation, ordering of marketing materials, payment processes, etc.


Provide support on programmatic efforts where needed, including scheduling/conducting trainings, ordering swag, doing research, etc.


Support Program Manager(s) in tracking of program participants.





Strong attention to detail


Able to prioritize


Outstanding problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to juggle multiple

projects simultaneously


Exceptional verbal and written communication skills




Knowledge of the Computer Science education landscape in EMEA region


Project Management Skills


Ability to influence and use data to inform decisions


Experience working cross-functionally
