About the role
Our client's Marketing team is responsible for acquiring new customers across their websites & apps. This role will work closely with the CRO Manager whose remit is to optimise
conversions from web and app journeys. This individual will be driving execution of Conversion Rate Optimisation roadmap, including;
Briefing and delivering research via 3 rd party agencies
Setting up and launching website, app & outbound comms tests
Analysing results and drawing insights from data
Sharing learnings across teams and geographies
Inputting to future roadmaps and opportunities for the CRO function
Supporting key promotional opportunities prioritised by the team
Auditing and documenting user journeys on our websites and apps
Managing web & app content updates
You are a self-motivated, results-driven Marketer with an ability to learn quickly and to execute plans with high attention to detail.
You will be comfortable analyzing data and extrapolating insights from it and will have strong written communication skills.
Experience in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing and content management is a plus.
