About the role
This role sits within our ‘Engagement & Retention’ team whose goal is to ensure members have a great experience of our service and stay with our client over time.
This role will work closely with the UK the Retention Manager to execute campaigns and tests designed to retain customers in the membership space.
This will include:
Optimising existing member communications and onsite journeys
Creating new ways to communicate new member benefits
Executing online and email-based campaigns to drive member retention
Leading engagement and retention-focussed testing via the apps
Documenting and sharing learnings across teams
Reporting test results and influencing future roadmaps for engagement & retention
You are a self-motivated, results-driven Marketer with an ability to learn quickly and to execute plans with high attention to detail.
You will be comfortable analyzing data and extrapolating insights from it and will have strong written communication skills.
Experience in retention marketing or customer relationship management is a plus.
