User Acquisition Marketing Manager Duration: 12 Months Location: London Annual Bonus max £48.5 k pa (PAYE) We are recruiting for our client-global technology leader. But there is more to be done, so we’ve committed to help 10 million more people and businesses in EMEA to find jobs, digitise and grow by the end of 2021. As we work to scale and expand our current programmes, this is an exciting time to join the team! Lead online acquisition for Digital Workshop, including our own & operated channels strategy (such as SEO, CRM, Home Page Promos or cross-promos) and paid media where relevant. Help drive product optimization through data-backed insights, in order to increase our conversion rates and improve funnel performance. Manage relationships with online media agencies that support the regional activity, and our local marketing teams (Digital Workshop is present in 63 markets and 32 languages). Report back on the overall user acquisition performance and drive further optimizations in partnership with our product & analyst teams. Provide insights & best practices across the board, come up with and test new initiatives to drive growth, and continue the development of refreshed creative assets. Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory 2-4 years’ experience in performance marketing, incl. CRO and Growth channels (e.g. SEO, CRM). High Analytical skills, high proficiency in analytical tools. Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills. Desired Passion for advertising-based technologies / solutions and familiarity with what’s out there. Experience in running online advertising campaigns on various platforms. Experience in managing cross-functional teams. Proven track record of performance optimization. Familiarity with marketing best practices, and digital based measurement methods.
