This role will be worked remotely until further notice, with onsite working 1 to 3 days a week in Central London once offices start to reopen again.
This role is paid on a PAYE basis and you'll be entitled to 33 days paid holiday, plus bank holidays, per year, pro-rata
Our client is looking for an inspirational creative leader to lead creative for their UK base.
This role will need to connect with current and potential users of a GPS navigation software app, creating and crafting fresh new ways to tell its story across multiple channels, so no matter where its message turns up, it’s genuinely relevant, legitimately interesting and most importantly, hard to ignore.
You’ll be reporting to the Global Creative Lead, based in the US.
You’ll be working with a small team of 3-4 - Producer, Marketing Manager and Regional Manager - to create fun and exciting work for TV ads, OOH ads, radio, content partnerships and more.
You’ll need a proven history of bold, innovative award-calibre work, showing attention to detail and clear ownership of impactful projects and campaigns.
You’ll need to have strong creative direction skills, leading and managing innovative creative solutions across multiple agency partners, enhancing and aligning all creative output to a singular creative platform and showcasing consistency in execution across copy, design and conceptual thinking.
You’ll be required to work with and influence multiple senior stakeholders across the company.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Creative with a specialisation in design/art direction and/or copy
A minimum of 4 years in a Creative Direction role or similar
You’ll have curiosity regarding invention coupled with a healthy disregard for the impossible
Ability to build a brand across multiple channels and develop a unique brand tone
Ability to understand technology trends and innovative ways to engage with and move consumers
Ability to lead non-hierarchical, multi-country, cross-functional working teams who don’t report into this role
Experience in both advertising agencies and in-house creative teams would be preferred
French will be a bonus but not mandatory
