The Cross Channel Marketing Team is looking for a sharp, experienced, innovative, results-oriented marketing professional to lead the sourcing, management and execution of sponsorship programs across its European marketplaces. The role includes sourcing and evaluating potential opportunities aligned to our strategy, as well as receiving inbound inquiries. The successful candidate will be adept at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, establishing and communicating deal criteria, and holding a high bar for deals we choose to execute. This role will also oversee sponsorship execution, including development and production of sponsorship marketing assets across channels and implementing mechanisms to measure impact of branding exposure. The role is based in UK HQ in Shoreditch, but is remote for now.
6+ years of experience in consumer marketing or with consumer companies/products, including client side experience.
3+ years of experience managing large scale activation marketing projects.
3 + years of experience managing agency partners, as a brand manager or at an advertising agency.
Fluency in English
Excellent understanding of consumer brand advertising strategies especially in the digital and high-technology space.
Exceptional project management skills.
High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Superior verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact with senior management on a regular basis.
Comfort and proficiency at leveraging scarce resources, including marketing budgets and personnel resources.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is expected.
Ability to earn trust and work as part of a cross functional team.
Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
Creative problem solver who is passionate about inventing new ways to approach retail.
Ability to work on a diverse team or with a diverse range of coworkers.
The main focus of this role: Expanding social media and social content- Content production, video production, video content display content
Day to day includes
Working closely with the retail business campaign manager to identify strategic messages
Agency Management of assets and staying connected to overarching comma strategy integrate with media buying teams
50% of role about sponsorship partners
Other 50% TBC
