Our client's global Marketing Communications group oversees all advertising and marketing, to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications.
In the role of Culture Team Producer, you will play an integral part in fostering a one of a kind culture across the group. You will guide key communications efforts with a focus on launching programs and trainings, initiatives, conference sponsorships, curating events and all-hands.
Manages projects for key programs, trainings, events and initiatives.
Collaborates with multiple partners, builds strong and positive working relationships with all levels of employees and leaders to move projects forward.
Helps develop internal marketing content for multiple communication streams.
Collaborates with department teams on an ongoing basis to understand their needs and support the success of projects.
Prioritizes projects and ongoing changes in real time, the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and refines processes based on project requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are essential. Has a good understand of Keynote and building large and complicated presentations.
Ability to lead meetings and presentations, and ability to interface with all levels of staff with tact and diplomacy. Ability to project manage materials and deliverables for important and large organizational meetings.

You have at least 8 years experience in project management, with at least 2 years experience leading increasingly more complex projects. Prior agency experience is helpful.
You have experience bringing programs that engage large audiences. You have experience increasing engagement with audiences and developing compelling content.
You deliver results and have a can-do attitude when it comes to hitting milestones and meeting deadlines. No job is too big or too small.
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and thrive developing programs that creative a dynamic environment and connecting with people from all levels across the organization and company.
You are highly organized and love to craft efficiencies to further streamline processes.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
