Job Description:

We are hiring a Retail Marketing talent to work for our gloabl sports apparel brand in Portland or LA to develop full Retail Marketing Toolkits for window campaigns (windows/ Launch Zones/ in-store tools/ activations etc.; inclusive of artworks/ technical drawings as needed) and in-store tools for smaller in-store only drops and deliver to markets for implementation.

Must have Project Management skills and a deep understanding and knowledge of Retail and Retail trends. You will be responsible for building and creating the Retail Marketing strategy for relevant campaigns, align internally and externally/ with partners and oversee execution.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Work with agencies, internal and external partners to develop full Retail Marketing Toolkits for window campaigns (windows/ Launch Zones/ in-store tools/ activations etc.; inclusive of artworks/ technical drawings as needed) and in-store tools for smaller in-store only drops and deliver to markets for implementation
• Align with the Comms/ storytelling and other touchpoint teams to drive holistic/ seamless campaign executions
• Be the dedicated Retail Marketing point of contact for the partners where applicable

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

• build and create the Retail Marketing strategy for relevant campaigns, align internally and externally/ with partners and oversee execution
• deliver Retail Marketing toolkits and tools on time and in full (calendar to be provided by adidas team)
• independently lead and onboard channel agencies, where needed
• evaluate and improve processes where necessary
• ensure all tools and creative follow adidas guidelines and marketing strategy and are aligned with the partner where applicable
• collaborate and communicate cross-functionally across Marketing comms, touchpoints, Global Retail Activation, VM, CtC, product and several other areas of the adidas organisation
• align with markets and review execution plans where needed

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
• university degree in comms, marketing or Retail preferred
• a deep understanding and knowledge of Retail and Retail trends
• Up-to-date with key trends and cultural know-how
• Some Digital knowledge or experience preferable
• Experience in fashion or luxury brands preferable
• fluent in English
• sense for diplomatic communication and patience for complexities created by internal set-ups and partner involvement
