We are delighted to be working with one of our award winning, global integrated marketing agency clients on a brand new appointment for a Paid Media Manager. Looking after a super exciting premium FMCG brand you will manage their media activities, setting up, optimising, reporting and advising the brand teams with regards to the the digital media landscape.

Joining a new and dynamic team, you will report to the Head of Digital and work closely with the brand teams and other digital specialists in the business on integrated consumer journey planning. Key Responsibilities

  • Executing, optimising and reporting on best-in-class media campaigns
  • Work collaboratively with the brand teams and other digital specialists in the business, planning the integrated consumer journey and driving media excellence
  • Oversee campaign launches and optimisation to achieve growth and ROI targets
  • Lead the marketing automation efforts to run campaigns efficiently and improve ROI
  • Utilise data to achieve better campaign performance
  • Analyse and define performance reports on a regular basis
  • Able to create test/learn frameworks for keywords, targeting, ad copy, visual assets, and other variables to improve the performance of campaigns
  • Plan audience centric strategy and social related campaigns
  • Create and deliver effective media plans without sacrificing creativity
  • Create paid media measurement frameworks, benchmarks and KPIs
  • Be responsible for end to end process of campaign delivery from design, set up to full campaign management and delivery

 

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in display marketing (e.g. Paid Social, Facebook, Native and / or Display Marketing / RTA)
  • Excellent knowledge of related tools and technologies (e.g. DSPs, FB Editor, PPC, Google Analytics)
  • Can-do attitude and ability to get things done
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills that enable you to use data to develop, validate and measure marketing campaigns
  • A team player who feels comfortable working autonomously in a small team as well as fitting into a large-scale organisation
  • Solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape
