Job Description:

My client is an innovative, forward-thinking financial services company specialising in providing credit products to consumers, are looking for a Senior Manager Digital Communications. You will be an outgoing, dynamic individual who can lead a team of 3 digital communications marketing specialists. You will take ownership of the technical delivery of existing customer communications including building, testing and deploying Push, SMS and email via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you must have prior experience.

 

You will be working closely with business partners across the business including Marketing, Commercial and Project teams and you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can really make a difference advising and making recommendations on the campaign and channel strategy, setup, content, and optimisation.

 

What will you be doing day-to-day?

· You will drive campaign builds, test and deployment for customer marketing campaigns, managing process, risk and controls, and technical implementation.

· You will own IP health across both Co-Brands and Own-Brands IPs, optimising performance and driving deliverability targets.

· Use Datorama to deliver reporting requirements across engagement, campaign performance and A/B testing.

· Champion and advise on how to best to use SFMC to deliver outstanding digital customer journeys and customer experience.

· Lead, develop and mentor your team identifying any skill gaps and training requirements.

· Own process, procedures/policies, robust testing and QA. Supporting audit and compliance requirements.

· Yow will develop a close working partnership with the platform team to align requirements and gain support when required.

· Design and drive operational and executional improvements.

 

In addition:

You will provide ad hoc support and advice to other Business Units in relation to digital comms and deployment, including Incident Management, Marketing and Commercial teams.

Communicate clearly and concisely, simplifying the complexities of SMFC making it simple to understand.

 

ESSENTIAL:

· You will be a seasoned CRM or digital marketing practitioner with a sound understanding of email, SMS, push and campaign management.

· Have at least 2+ years’ experience in SFMC; Email Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Mobile Connect and Automation Studio.

· Working knowledge of HTML and Amp script.

· Be experienced in multi-channel campaign planning and execution (Email and SMS in particular).

· Analytical skills – understanding of email/SMS campaign measurement and reporting.

· Excellent communication and influencing skills.

· Highly organised and effective in fast-paced organisations.

 

DESIRABLE

· You will have delivered multi-channel campaigns and possess the ability to demonstrate financial/commercial impact.

· You will have experience in issue resolution and problem-solving.

· Experience managing incidents and working with tech teams to resolve them.

· Skills in SQL and CSS.

· Direct and indirect team management experience

 

Additional Responsibilities:
