Job Description:

My client is a massive global communications company renowned for being one of the most diverse and collaborative working environments within their sector are looking for a Traffic Manager to join their expanding team onsite at a major international asset management firm. You will oversee and manage production within the internal design studio and external design resource. 

You’ll be exceptionally organised, love working in a fast paced environment, a great  communicator, hot on deadlines, have a deep understanding of production work, flows and 
scheduling and ensure everything runs smoothly. 

 Overseeing the resourcing and production of all studio briefs.
 Managing daily schedules. 
 Responsible for the time management of all design resource.
 Making sure clear and detailed briefs are received from stakeholders on time. 
 Reschedule projects based on new or changing priorities. 
 Responsible for deciding with the Creative Manager/Content Manager which design 
resource is best served to respond to brief.
 Excellent at creating time plans, process flows and documentation that simplifies 
 Communicate to management any issues with workload. 
 Responsible for ensuring SLAs are adhered to, ensuring a fair design system 
producing excellent work for all. 
 Ensuring stakeholders are aware of deadlines, and consistent flow in and out of 
 Ensuring all design jobs get delivered on time and in full.
 Able to tackle evolving situations and work with stakeholders at different levels in 
order to ensure all projects are completed successfully. 
 Working with any freelancers or agencies and getting them up to speed with our 
ways of working and providing assets. 
 Owning all assets, leading with the Senior Designers on the updated filing system of 
all jobs and image banks.
 Gatekeeper of our image banks.
 Budget support of all creative activity.
 Responsible for budgeting and booking of freelancers.

Essential skills: 
 Experience working within a Traffic Management role.
 Proven traffic management experience within a fast paced organisation.
 Resourcing experience with a high volume of projects.
 Managing multiple workstreams of differing complexity.
 Ability to identify any issues or risks.
 Experience working closely with Graphic Designers and creatives. 
 Great at briefing, adapting briefs and working with stakeholders to get watertight 
 Excellent attention to detail and the ability to be adaptive in a fast paced environment.
 Experience delivering numerous projects on a day to day basis.
 Constantly looking at ways to improve processes and efficiency.
 Positive and flexible approach to challenges with a solid understanding of the 
variables involved in project delivery.
 Basic graphic design skills advantageous.
