Are you a recruiter with experience in the tech space and are looking for a flexible work opportunity? Aquent is hiring a Sourcer to seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within an inclusive organisation. This contract role is fully remote and offers a favourable salary of £59,072.

A typical day in this Sourcer role will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of hiring needs

  • Performing searches for qualified candidates using computer database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals

  • Interviewing applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills

  • Preparing and maintaining employment records.

As a flexible Sourcer, you will primarily be sourcing software developers in core programming and functional languages or hiring technical product teams, so knowledge of the tech industry would be ideal. A Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training is required, along with knowledge of business and management principles involved in key planning. You will also need basic mentoring skills and knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection and training to apply.
