Project Coordinator - Talent & Leadership Development

Aquent is looking for a collaborative Project Coordinator - Talent & Leadership Development to join our client's inclusive team. This London-based Project Coordinator role is for a 12-month contract and comes with an excellent salary of £34k-£36k plus a company bonus and benefits.

 

As a flexible Project Coordinator in the Talent & Leadership team, you will remove administrative pressures from the team, resolve issues before they arise, improve processes and adapt to changing priorities to provide a seamless experience for our client's stakeholders.

 

In your first few weeks in this project coordination role, you can expect to:

●      Provide dedicated support to the Talent & Leadership Development team and projects

●      Support project planning, maintain up-to-date data, track issues and play a principal role

●      Distil company information that is relevant and important for your team

 

To succeed in this Project Coordinator job, you will need a Bachelor's degree (no specific field) and a fundamental understanding of the People and Culture/HR process. You will also require project coordination experience and knowledge of using standard office tools in G-suite.
