Video Operations Specialist

Do you have operations or account management experience and are looking for a 12-month contract in
London? Aquent is helping a busy company find a Video Operations Specialist, and they’re offering an
excellent salary of £62,000 to £64,000 p/a, plus bonus and benefits. Please note that this position is
currently remote but will be based in London and requires flexibility in working hours.

As a collaborative and inclusive Video Operations Specialist, you will support the company’s partners,
provide delightful partner support experiences and help to reduce issues with video programs and related

In your first week in this Video Ops Specialist role, you can expect to:
● Onboard partners to video programs and serve as primary ops point of contact
● Respond to inbound partner inquiries about product features, bugs, etc.
● Troubleshoot complex issues and translate pain points to resolve issues effectively
● Improve support workflows around issue resolution and product insights

To succeed in this Video Operations Specialist job, you will need 2+ years of experience in operations,
account management or customer support. Ideally, you will also have experience in the media industry and
with APIs.
