Job Description:

International Communications Coordinator (Consumer Devices)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Stakeholder Management: coordinate activities with multiple International Communications teams FB teams 

- Coordinate the dissemination of communications plans, materials, and assets to APAC, EMEA, and LATAM comms teams

* Content Management: Continuously evaluate, refine and improve our content and narrative 

- Update all relevant calendars, timelines, lookaheads, strategy documents, etc. on a regular basis
- Participate in strategy and coordination meetings

 Build out self-serve resources for APAC, EMEA, LATAM comms teams to find comms plans, materials, assets and to request demo hardware

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years in an international large matrix organisation

* Fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills

*Very quick learning capabilities and ability to absorb large amount of data and learnings

* Experience in marketing/project management with proven experience
Self starter and ability to work with limited guidance

* Proven stakeholder management
*Very good interpersonal skills and team player

* Strong analytical skills required to measure impact of marketing efforts and operational efficiency

* At least 4 years experience required.

* At least one unique thing (e.g. stellar academics, proven strong performance in prior roles, working for admired companies, OR other remarkable achievements)

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

* Evidence of ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams

- Exceptional project management and coordination skills required
- Experience in the communications field and/or consumer hardware preferred but not necessary

* Fluency in languages other than English is a plus (particularly for European native languages)
* BA or equivalent
