In this tech recruitment position, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for candidates across engineering teams, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
In your first few weeks as a flexible Tech Recruiter, you can expect to:
● Source, engage and work with passive candidates
● Manage client relationships and act as an advisor to hiring managers and interview teams
● Effectively assess and screen candidates for tech positions
To apply, you will need prior experience building out engineering and product teams at startups. You will also require 4+ years of technical recruiting experience and sourcing tech candidates through multiple channels. In addition, you should have a proven ability to utilise innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with technical talent.
