Job Description:

Aquent is seeking a collaborative ERC & Talent Coordinator EMEA to join our client's inclusive team. This
contract ERC & Talent Coordinator role is remote to start and offers a favourable rate of £16 per hour.

As a flexible ERC & Talent Coordinator EMEA, you will partner with a team of Talent Coordinators to
support the Talent Partners and Talent Scouts by ensuring a positive experience for the candidate
throughout the interviewing and onboarding process.

In your first few weeks in this ERC & Talent Coordinator EMEA role, you can expect to:
● Simultaneously support 3-4 Talent Partners to manage the candidate flow through interviews, offers
and hiring
● Manage complex candidate interview scheduling for phone screens, in-person and remote interviews
● Partner with the Talent Partner and hiring manager to finalise the offer letter and coordinate sending
out the supporting employment documents

To be successful, you will need a B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience. You will also need
excellent communication skills, a passion for exceptional customer service and a flexible and positive
attitude. In addition, you should have the ability to allocate your time to handle multiple demands and
conflicting priorities. Fluency in foreign languages is also a plus.
