If you have human resources experience and you're looking for an 11-month contract in London, we want to hear from you! Aquent is helping a large tech company hire three Recruiters, and the roles come with a £28.06 hourly rate and a company bonus scheme.


As a flexible and collaborative Recruiter working in the company's People Operations team, you'll focus on sourcing, recruiting, or full lifecycle recruiting based on business demand.


In your first week in this recruitment consultant role, you can expect to:

  • Support outcomes for a talent ecosystem by solving staffing issues using standard tools and your expertise in staffing processes

  • Develop working relationships outside your team to understand and address talent needs

  • Address pipeline management, talent needs assessments and identification, hiring strategy and candidate management


To succeed in this Recruiter job, you will need a degree and 2+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting or equivalent experience working in sales, account management, business development, etc.


The following would be beneficial:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems

  • HR experience across distributed sites

  • Exposure to standard HR processes such as interviewing and candidate evaluation
