Chief Technology Officer - Lead Developer
Aquent is helping a well-respected fitness company find a talented and enthusiastic Chief Technology Officer - Lead Developer to join their inclusive team. This full-time contract CTO role (8-12 months) which offers remote and hybrid working in London along with an attractive salary of £120k-£140k p/a and excellent benefits.
As a flexible Chief Technology Officer, you will oversee our client's IT/App development team into continued success as they look to heavily scale up in the next 12-18months.
To succeed in this CTO job, you will need to be an experienced manager with 5-10 years of proven expertise in directing teams of over 20 technical members of staff. You will also require the following:
● Background in fitness and branding (desired)
● Workflow and automation knowledge
● Experience working with Java, Lampstack and Swift
● Familiarity working with apps on IOS and Android
● Expertise in developing apps and extensive experience in strategy building
Experience managing direct reports and owning a product is also very beneficial. You should also have the confidence and knowledge to run a successful team and report to the current board of directors. In addition, you should desire to grow with the company and have the company success reflect on you.
