Project Overview:

Aquent is helping a respected tech company recruit a Growth Marketing Manager for a 12-month contract, and the role comes with a great hourly rate of between £17.20 - £31.35 DOE.

In 2021 our client’s Growth Team set up a new regional SEO process for EMEA. The process has been successfully implemented in Q4 for top EMEA priorities and projects, now they’re aiming to scale it to more markets and more PAs starting from Q1 2022.


Overall Responsibilities:

  • Design and launch scalable content and technical SEO improvements with the aim of EMEA wide rollout
  • Monitor SEO issues & assist countries for all websites worldwide
  • Prepare analysis & communicate progress regularly to Marketing teams
  • Ensure all SEO activities in EMEA are in line with the client’s strict SEO policies

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide growth insights (user flows, growth models, etc.) to deliver more value to more users along with EMEA Marketing priorities
  • Connect EMEA teams with global and APAC Growth Marketing resources to build growth plans and to execute strategic growth campaigns
  • Evangelise SEO latest practices and adoption across cross-functional teams


Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - at least 4-5 years of experience
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams
  • Outstanding written, presentation and verbal communication skills. Ability to relay analytical insight to internal and external stakeholders with various levels of analytical and digital knowledge and at all levels of seniority
  • Strong ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Experience delivering measurable and sustained marketing impact


Desired Skills/Qualifications:

  • Creative flair to bring fresh ideas into marketing campaigns
  • Past experience with growth marketing or product growth
  • Experience with analytical, organisational, leadership, coordination & project management skills
  • Experience with data, metrics, and experimentation
