Job Description:

Aquent has an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional seeking a remote six-month contract. We are helping a busy company hire a Recruitment Consultant, and the role comes with a daily rate of £281.26. As a flexible Recruiter, you will manage, prioritise and close searches against timelines and set benchmarks and metrics.

During your six months in this recruitment consultant role, you can expect to:

  • Source, attract and recruit passive candidates

  • Partner with teams to build effective engagement, assessment and closing approaches

  • Manage customer/partner expectations and deliver an outstanding candidate experience

  • Screen, interview, and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline

To succeed in this recruitment manager job, you will need extensive knowledge of the business's talent acquisition and functional areas.

You will also require the following:

  • Experience in proactive research and ongoing relationship management

  • Experience interviewing potential candidates, with the ability to anticipate manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios

  • The ability to write a comprehensive plan and report results
