Job Description:

Aquent is seeking a creative UX Designer with a knack for problem solving to guide the end-to-end design process for a talented team in the UK. This is a 24-month remote contract role, offering a salary of £87,183 to £103,030. You will be running design-thinking workshops, conducting UX research and designing high-fidelity prototypes, to developer hand-off and post-implementation development reviews.

In this UX Designer position, you will primarily be focused on:

●      Designing high-fidelity, mobile-first solutions in Figma

●      Translating user research and survey insights into new hypotheses

●      Running remote unmoderated user tests to validate designs with users

●      Collaborating with developers to evaluate concept feasibility

●      Advocating and designing for accessibility standards

The successful UX Design applicant must be an expert in Figma with advanced design systems knowledge and experienced working with finance, reporting platforms, and B2B SAAS solutions. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with mobile-first designs for a variety of device experiences and is familiar with usability testing, and UX research methodology. The position is remote but you must be located in the UK.
