Job Description:

Our top 3 global social media client seeks an experienced Product Marketing professional with strong background in digital marketing to drive advertising product growth within Northern Europe, supporting the UK, Ireland and Nordics markets. The successful candidate must be entrepreneurial and have experience working with Marketing, PR and Sales teams (direct and indirect) to drive product and platform adoption in a fast paced Internet or online marketing company. You must thrive with cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent critical thinking and digital marketing skills. You must also have experience influencing senior stakeholders in a highly matrix organization. The position is based in London.


  • To be an advertising product/platform expert and advocate in your region
  • Partner with Regional Sales leadership and other cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth for our advertising solutions across the UK&I and Nordics
  • Drive product adoption growth using levers such as cross-functional partners, our external marketing partners, communications and PR, thought leadership, and traditional marketing & events
  • Operate at scale, while recognizing the need for one to one interactions to build our narrative
  • Support and feedback to global Product experts to land new products effectively in market
  • Train and empower sales and cross-functional teams to be regional product champions
  • Develop half year growth plans to support regional revenue and product adoption targets
  • Be an ambassador for your region on all things product within the team and region
  • Partner with internal teams to lead product projects critical to driving growth for your region
  • Lead and Execute the go-to-market strategy for the region within you allocated verticals


  • 6+ years professional experience in technology, advertising, measurement, or business/sales operations
  • Demonstrated product marketing expertise in web and mobile advertising and the ability to contribute at a strategic and tactical level
  • Solid perspective on digital marketing, the advertising industry & client objectives
  • Project management skills, with experience developing and executing marketing strategy
  • Strong analytical skills and desire to solve complex problems with data
  • Track record of influencing behaviour at a variety of levels in an organization, including cross-functional managers


  • Experience working on digital performance verticals (ecomm and retail)
  • Entrepreneurial background and strong technical background
