Job Description:

Aquent is looking for a collaborative and enthusiastic Talent Scout to join our client's inclusive and thriving team. This contract Talent Scout role is based in Central London and offers a favourable daily rate of £129.44.

In this recruitment position, you will proactively identify and engage top talent, working with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers across several critical searches. You will also inspire creative talent strategies.

To give you an idea of how this flexible Talent Scout role will look and feel, these are some of the tasks you can expect to do:

  • Identify, prospect and present a short-list of exceptional candidates to respective Talent Partners

  • Concurrently scout on 10+ critical searches at one time at various phases of the recruiting cycle

  • Provide metrics and analysis on sourcing campaigns

  • Inspire effective lead generation campaigns through LinkedIn and other social media platforms

To succeed in this talent recruitment role, you will need excellent sourcing experience from either in-house, RPO or an agency environment. You will also need to be results-oriented with the ability to fine-tune processes and methodology to optimise response rates. In addition, you should have great communication skills and be current with social technologies and sourcing tools.
