Job Description:

Aquent has an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and talented UX Designer to join our client's inclusive and welcoming team. This UX design role is for a 12-month contract, is based in London and offers a generous salary of £86,889 - £117,418 per annum pro-rata, equivalent to £334.19 - £451.61 per day.

As a flexible UX Designer, you will join a vibrant, passionate, and hard-working team at the forefront of loyalty strategy and innovation. You will help the company envision and deliver delightful customer experiences.

To give you an idea of how this UX Designer role will look and feel, these are some tasks you can expect to do:

  • Frame problems and opportunities clearly through analysis of qualitative and quantitative inputs and customer and stakeholder perspectives
  • Define customer experience success metrics for feature-level work
  • Build the habit of generating diverse, novel, workable concepts, and use different methods to identify ideas with the most potential
  • Help coordinate stakeholder input and collaboration efforts
  • Create routine, informative communication materials explaining design thinking and decision-making rationale to team members and stakeholders

To apply for this UX design job, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human-computer interaction, user experience, a related design field, or other relevant experience. You will also require expertise in some of the following core skills: interaction and visual design, information architecture, user research, facilitation, prototyping, technical and platform knowledge, UX writing, illustration, and motion design.
