Job Description:

This full-time contract position offers hybrid working with approx 1-2 days onsite in the Central London Shoreditch offices.

This role is paid on a PAYE basis and you'll be entitled to 33 days paid holiday per annum, pro-rata, inclusive of bank holidays

The Role

Aquent is looking for an experienced Customer Insight Analyst to join our client's Market Intelligence team.

As a Customer Insight Analyst, you will develop market intelligence to understand the company's market, competitors and uncover growth opportunities as they expand their footprint.

You will also implement account targeting to prioritise the right accounts and the right conversations to maximise acquisition and the share of wallet growth and retention.

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing the company's contact personas to understand who they are, what engages them and how the company can influence them to buy, use and be retained
  • Connect the customer journey to understand the best path to becoming a customer
  • Help your stakeholders feel like they understand their market, customers and where they can make a business impact
  • Target the right accounts and personas to encourage growth

To apply for this customer insight role, you will need 3-6+ years of experience in business analytics and organising customer events.

You will also require a track record of working with B2B customer data sets, preferably in IT, retail or finance.

Additional requirements include:

  • Analytics technical skills, including knowledge of SQL, SAS and Tableau
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Experience in customer segmentation, contact strategy and market research
  • Agile project management skills to handle a wide range of programmes
  • Certifications in Excel, SQL and SAS would be advantageous
