Job Description:

Aquent is seeking an experienced and skilled Account Manager to join our client's inclusive and friendly team. This full-time account management role is based in the London area and offers a salary of £40,000-£50,000 with excellent benefits.

As a flexible Account Manager, you will develop an excellent understanding of the value of audience services and combine these with meetings and events industry best practices to bring meaningful change to clients. You will also work with the Account Director, contribute to the client account strategy and take responsibility to ensure account retention and growth.

Some of your responsibilities in this Account Manager role will include:

· Directing the client project teams and providing a clear brief, motivation, and focus

· Ensuring projects are delivered within budget, acting as the day-to-day escalation point for queries

· Building a deep understanding of clients, their organisation, internal audiences, and industry communication needs, challenges, and objectives

· Ensuring project learnings are captured and carried forward to future projects

To apply for this account management job, you will need to be a proven Senior Account Executive or Junior Account Manager with expertise in internal communications or event marketing. You will also require experience working with large corporate clients within a marketing communications agency environment. In addition, you will ideally have B2B, innovation, science and technology sectors’ lead experience, and life sciences and pharmaceutical experience is preferred but not critical. Expertise in managing and delivering omnichannel communications projects from end to end is also essential.
