Aquent is seeking a creative, hands-on Design Lead to join a thriving company in the London area. This full-time creative role comes with a salary of £40,000-45,000 and an excellent benefits package.
Working as part of the creative team, the Design Lead is responsible for ensuring the Strategic and Creative Director’s vision is translated into attention-grabbing, stimulating and highly engaging creative.
The Design Lead will be a hands-on member of the Creative Team, working alongside clients, interrogating briefs, discussing needs, devising, crafting, and presenting inspiring creative ideas. The work will be highly varied, and depending on a project's needs, you might be playing the role of Art Director one day, or Artworker the next.
To apply for this Design Lead role, you will need to be creative, curious and passionate about your craft with experience working in a creative agency. Experience in the events agency would also be a plus. Additional required skills include:
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Solid Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills
- Good After Effects, Premiere, and Audition skills
- HTML + CSS knowledge would be advantageous
