Aquent is seeking a skilled and creative Project Content Manager to join our client's inclusive and welcoming team. This full-time project content management role is based in London and offers a salary of £50,000-£60,000 and fantastic benefits.
As a flexible Project Content Manager, you will be working at the heart of the company's Audience team and be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of client projects and the development of client materials for meetings, events, and internal comms campaigns.

- Working with clients and colleagues across multiple cultures and regional interactions
- Attending client meetings with the Account team to obtain a project brief, follow up on production items and approvals, collect customer feedback and update production status
- Debriefing and directing internal creative teams or external vendors as required to obtain quotes and production schedule commitments and then select and engage service providers
- Coordinating the creation of content through all stakeholders and all production phases
- Ensuring materials are developed on schedule and within budget, and to the highest standard of quality
To apply for this project content role, you will need previous experience working in corporate events or creative industries. You will also require impeccable written English, a head for figures, and excellent organisational and time management skills. In addition, you should have exceptional computer and software skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat and be familiar with the most common meeting technologies. Being excited about new challenges, having outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels are also essential.
