Are you a technical Product Support Specialist seeking a new job in London? Aquent is collaborating with the world’s largest tech organization who is looking for an enthusiastic tech lover to join their incredible team.
Our client provides last mile data connectivity to more than 1 billion users today and are becoming critical for delivering an affordable and smooth user experience to a major global video-sharing social media platform.
· Provide technical guidance to platform users, partners and field teams using the client's solutions
· Analyze software problems
· Provide API, SDK, and software troubleshooting for partners
· Debug customer applications, provide software architecture guidance to partners, and handle business, product, or technical questions via phone, web, email.
To apply for this Product Support Specialist role, you will need a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience. You will also require 3 years of industry experience in technical support, professional services, or engineering.
In addition, you should have experience working with one or more of the following programming languages:
· Strong SQL/Data experience
· Java, Go or Python and experience with Unix/Linux systems
· Scripting experience in Shell, Perl or Python.
