Aquent is helping a London-based company find an enthusiastic and talented EMEA Acquisition Media Manager to join their welcoming team. This full-time 12-month media role offers an attractive salary of £50,000 - £54,000. 

 

As a flexible EMEA Acquisition Media Manager, you will help develop and implement the paid media strategy for the company's EMEA digital media business. You will also help craft thoughtful and exciting strategies for biddable media and then implement these to an exceptional standard, with excellent attention to detail.

 

To give you an idea of how this acquisition media management role will look and feel, these are some things you can expect to do:

 

  • Support all aspects of strategy, planning, and implementation of media buys to support customer acquisition and meet revenue targets
  • Communicate regularly with media agencies and internal teams on campaign performance, optimisations, and delivery status to exceed business goals measured in an agreed way
  • Understand the company's audiences and ensure they receive relevant, engaging and creative content
  • Guide testing methodologies, reporting requirements, and tracking needs to ensure full impact and efficiency across all campaigns

 

To succeed in this EMEA Acquisition Media Manager role, you will need a BA, BS or LLB degree and experience at an agency, publisher, vendor or client with a minimum of 3-5 years of physically running biddable media. You will also require excellent numerical skills, the ability to uncover actionable performance insights and exceptional written and oral communication skills. In addition, you should have outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to deliver results working with cross-functional teams and a solid understanding of how acquisition media integrates with other marketing channels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to build reports in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint is also essential.
