Job Description:

Do you have customer service experience, and are you seeking a new opportunity in London? Aquent is helping a collaborative company recruit an Online Operations Agent for a 12-month contract, and this full-time role comes with a favorable salary of £30k p/a.


In this Online Operations Agent role, you will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. You will handle and resolve complaints and be responsible for determining the client's issue, offering possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed.


To give you an idea of how this flexible operations role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

·   Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills

·   Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments

·   Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation

·   Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken


To succeed you should have excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills. You will also need:

·   The ability to work independently and manage your time

·   Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

·   Good attention to detail
