This full-time marketing role is based in London and offers a salary of up to £49,000 p/a and excellent benefits.
As a flexible Marketing Communications Manager, you will be part of the company's Marketing Operations team and help compel their aspiring membership growth plans through the successful development and implementation of a high-quality member and acquisition communications plan. You will also develop their brand awareness through interesting and innovative marketing of company products and services.
In your first few weeks in this Marketing Communications Manager role, you can expect to:
· Manage and develop an ongoing customer marketing communications plan
· Manage, develop and guide the Acquisition and Retention Marketing Executives
· Be the internal lead on customer marketing campaigns
· Support the Head of Marketing Operations in implementing SEO and PPC strategies
· Help develop the organisation’s understanding of its customers and potential customers through member and non-member research
To succeed in this marketing communications management role, you will need to have a recognised marketing or communications qualification with experience in directing the delivery of a multichannel comms plan. You will also require a general interest in politics, business affairs, national and regional policy, and demonstrable experience managing and inspiring multichannel campaigns with proven adoption and impactful content delivery within a B2B environment. In addition, you should have experience using marketing delivery systems, such as Eloqua, CRM and CMS. Expertise in managing and manipulating complex marketing data, such as marketing lists and communications metrics to report on campaign performance and demonstrate ROI, is also essential.
