Do you have candidate and client relationship experience, and are you seeking a 12-month contract in London? Aquent is helping a digital company find an Online Candidate Specialist, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package. 


Working with a functional staffing team, the Online Candidate Specialist will screen all online and employee referral applications and provide various other forms of pipeline support. 


In your first week in this flexible Online Candidate Specialist role, you can expect to:

  • Screen online and employee referral applicants and independently tailor communications to candidates

  • Source passive candidates using the company's applicant tracking system

  • Manage relationships with clients and take a data-driven approach to influencing and persuading stakeholders, peers and clients.


To apply, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and 2+ years of experience in a professional setting. You will also require the following:

  • Experience building and cultivating candidate and client relationships in a global business environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and gSuite (preferred)
