Aquent has an exciting opportunity for a talented UX Researcher to join our client's inclusive and collaborative team. This contract UX research role is fully remote in the UK and comes with a favourable hourly rate of £52.59 - £58.43 PAYE, which is equivalent to £109,387 - £121,534 per annum.
As a flexible UX Researcher, you’ll have the opportunity to partner directly with a single, tightly integrated pod with significant freedom to operate with the time, people and space necessary for conceiving, building and launching brand new products.
In your first few weeks in this UX Researcher role, you can expect to:
- Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, PMs and engineers to identify, define and deliver meaningful products into the world
- Collaboratively and independently develop and implement research roadmaps
- Direct various research studies throughout all phases of the product development cycle
- Contribute to product strategy, implementation and the go-to-market plan
To apply for this UX role, you will need a BA/BS in a human behaviour-related field, such as human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, communication, information science, media studies, computer science, or economics. You will also require extensive experience with data and utilising numbers to define and support hypotheses. In addition, you should have expertise in storytelling to get traction with various audiences. Outstanding mentoring skills are also necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
