Job Description:

his full-time contract position offers a hybrid working model with onsite days in the Central London, Angel. 

This role is paid on a PAYE basis and you'll be entitled to 28 days paid holiday, inclusive of bank holidays, per annum, pro rata.

Aquent is looking for a talented and collaborative User Experience (UX) Designer II to join our client's welcoming team and help them envision and deliver delightful customer experiences. This full-time UX Designer II role is for a 12-month contract, is based in Central London with hybrid working and comes with a PAYE Day Rate of between £334.19 - £563.51 per day and the opportunity to be part of a positive and diverse workplace culture.

To give you an idea of how this UX Designer role will look and feel, these are some things you can expect to do:

·   Frame problems and opportunities clearly through analysis of qualitative and quantitative inputs and customer and stakeholder perspectives

·   Define customer experience success metrics for feature-level work

·   Build the habit of generating diverse, novel, workable concepts and use different methods to identify ideas with the most potential

·   Create routine, informative communication materials explaining design thinking and decision-making rationale to team members and stakeholders

·   Collect, process and act on design feedback constructively


To succeed in this UX design role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human-computer interaction, user experience, a related design field or relevant expertise. You will also require exceptional ability in one core skill and capability in two others, including interaction/visual design, information architecture, user research, facilitation, prototyping, technical/platform knowledge, UX writing, illustration, and motion design.
