Job Description: Creative Enablement Specialist

This person ‘gets’ mobile first creative and can empathize with the challenges our top 3 global social media client might experience in working with clients and agencies on the path to impactful creative made for the platform's advertising solutions

The role:
Join us for an intense and impact focused 12-months assignment during which you will be working with the Programs team to develop and roll out strategies to uplevel our Authorized Sales Partners around the world. With your help, our partners will go from purely selling media to driving measurable impact by bringing ideas to life on the mobile medium.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in digital media or creative agencies
  • Strong in creative planning and consultancy
  • Loves to teach and uplevel others.
  • A self-starter, comfortable balancing tactical and strategic work
  • Thrives in new, undefined working environments. Motivated to drive impact an emerging markets context
  • Ideally experience working at or closely with Facebook Creative Agency or Creative Shop teams


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with program management, sales team and CS in creating and operationalizing a creative strategy for ASP’s
  • Set up foundational for ongoing training strategies in partnership with the Blueprint learning coordinators and Sales Marketing teams
  • Enable & upscale ASP’s to ensure they manage creative opportunities autonomously, and build increasingly strong relationships with creative agencies
  • Develop ways to scale support in partnership with other programs (ex. FMPA)
  • Define and drive global creative opportunities to (co-)create lighthouse work
