Job Description:

Aquent is looking for an experienced Recruiter in London. We're helping a busy company find a
Sr Recruiter to work on a three-month contract, and the role comes with a great
contract rate.

As a flexible and inclusive Recruiter, you will find qualified employees and seek
out qualified candidates for interviews.

In your first week in this recruitment role, you can expect to:
 Explore popular resume-posting websites and seek out qualified candidates for interviews
 Spot talent and persuade people to interview with a particular company
 Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with client's requirements, and recommend the
best candidates to clients after a detailed screening and skill assessment
 Travel to job fairs and various events for job seekers.

To apply, you must be an experienced recruiter with in-house recruitment experience, managing
15+ reqs at any point. You must be a good communicator, problem solver, logical thinker, and
know how to use data.
