Job Description:

Do you have project management experience, and are you seeking a new remote role? Aquent is
looking for an Administrative Business Partner, and the role comes with a salary of £41k p/a.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you'll be at the heart of your team's business operations
and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You will anticipate the needs of
your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving
operational and administrative issues before they arise.

Your responsibilities in this role will include the following:
 Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks promptly while maintaining careful
attention to detail, including calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and
tracking expense reports and meeting organisational deadlines
 Plan, manage and execute team offsites, events and activities
 Serve as a partner for strategic projects driven by your Manager's organisation.

In addition to having excellent business judgement and communication skills, you will need
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. You will also need the following:
 3-5 years of direct executive support experience or transferrable experience
 Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
 Interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency
 Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and programme management theory and
practices - and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.

In return for your passion and expertise, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including
a salary of £41,000.
