Job Description:

Aquent is looking for a collaborative and talented Executive Assistant to join our client's
inclusive and welcoming team. This full-time Assistant role is a contract position at 40 hours per
week with the possibility for overtime, is based in London and offers a salary of £49,000.

As a flexible Executive Assistant, you will support two Directors. As a result, you will need to be
a masterful problem-solver and an organisational force with the ability to manage complex
calendaring and heavy travel planning.

In your first few weeks in this Executive Assistant role, you can expect to:
 Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives
 Manage hectic and complex calendars
 Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
 Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
 Assist with large offsite and onsite events and meetings

To succeed in this Assistant job, you will need 4+ years of experience providing complex
calendar management, travel, and expense reports for one or more executives and a BA/BS
degree is preferred. You will also require experience prioritising multiple projects and
exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Google Suite.
