Job Description:

My client, a forward-thinking financial services provider is looking for a Brand Manager.

In this exciting role, the Brand Manager within Marketing will drive workstreams across brand management and campaign development across our consumer brand portfolio working closely with the Senior Brand Manager and relevant Marketing teams. Our Brand Manager will also work closely with the Head of Communications to create impactful content for our Owned Channels communicating our dynamic corporate story and purpose. 

The role holder will act as guardian of the purpose plan, working closely across teams to cultivate our purpose narrative across internal and external channels, bring out our purpose to life for a range of audiences . The Brand Manager will also play a key role in defining and managing our community partnerships portfolio – Family Action and Demos.

The key focus areas for this role include:

- Management of the brand approvals process across our high profile consumer brand portfolio. 

- Delivery of the purpose campaign plan across key channels and management of our Purpose Partners network.

- Development and delivery of content for Owned Channels (e.g. LinkedIn/Corporate Site).

- Management of key internal events including the annual company Hackathon, working closely with a portfolio of delivery partners. Activation of key community partnerships including Family Action and Demos.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

Purpose plan delivery

· You will manage day to day Brand Approvals working closely with the Senior Brand Manager.

· Delivery of compelling content across Owned Channels (LinkedIn/Corporate Site).

· You will develop and deliver the purpose campaign plan that spans across internal and external channels.

· Deliver internal team and Community Partnership activation events/campaigns.

· Produce quarterly purpose impact summary decks, and other reporting/KPIs as required.

· You will deliver campaign assets aligned to an agreed brand (eg, video, social content, ATL assets as required).

· You will manage and engage Purpose Partners network to co-develop and deliver initiatives that align to business needs.

· You will manage and report on monthly budgets in line with purpose plan.

· You will plan and deliver Brand Guidelines and regular Brand Centre optimisation.

· Brand on-boarding (colleagues and creative partners.)

· Asset management (maintain register and reports for logos, licensed imagery and other core brand assets.)

· Manage and report on monthly budgets in line with business plans (brand tracking research, licensing, trademarking.)


Your Skills and Experience


- Brand/campaign activation in a creative/brand team, including brand approvals.

- Campaign delivery across core content and campaign channels – digital, social, content, video.

- Stakeholder management (managing feedback and obtaining internal approvals).

- Event management.

- Working closely with creative agency partners or internal creative teams.


· Creative campaign development

· Brand management e.g. approvals

· FinServices experience (regulated products)

· Auditing and reporting on policy/guidelines compliance

· Adobe Suite (Photoshop/InDesign)

· Copywriting – ability to craft and shape copy across differing mediums
